Thank you for your bracha! I would suggest to you that the young girls today are lacking inspiration when it comes to their spiritual goals. there is so much pulling them in the materialistic sense and I believe that they are missing real role models who they can relate to-young women on their wave length yet genuinely dedicated to Yiddishkeit.i would also tell you that the girls are so often given mussar in school and told all the things that they are doing wrong but are seldom lifted and told how incredible they are doing right! It is not easy to be a true bas yisroel today and we must encourage more and discourage less.Not come in being judgemental but come in with a great smile, patience and lots of patience for growth. Better than any speeches you can give is real love, time , and being a true example. We are often thinking-how do i get this child /young adult to daven better? what can I say to motivate her? guess what? More than any story is just sitting together during davening, and really davening with your heart. Hatzlacha rabbah to you!
